Delivery Information


Delivery is free of charge for all wheel, tyre or wheel and tyre package purchases of four or more items of the same type to the mainland UK and Northern Ireland. Exceptions apply to the Scottish Highlands, the Hebrides and any other remote or island areas.

If you wish to confirm whether or not your area is eligible for free UK delivery, please contact us.

Most orders are dispatched via a courier service including DHL, TBT, UPS, FedEx, DPD and Parcel Force. For international orders there is the option of air freight and air cargo shipping, please contact us for more information.

Smaller items including spigot rings, centre caps, nuts and bolts may be sent via Royal Mail within the UK.

Estimated Delivery Times


UK & Ireland: 1 - 4 working days

International: 3 - 7 working days

Please note that these estimations are to be used as a rough guide only and are subject to stock levels, delivery location, supplier location and the courier.

While we aim to deliver your order as soon as possible, Performance Alloys shall not be liable for the consequences of any delay caused by the supplier, courier or delivery service.

We do not recommend customers take days off work or plan for someone to be waiting on deliveries, at least not until confirmation from the delivery company has been sent.

Partial Deliveries


Occasionally, due to circumstances outside of our control, items may get separated during transit and may delivered on separate dates. This is uncommon, but can happen either during busy times of the year or due to error on behalf of the courier or delivery company.

Please note that Performance Alloys is not liable for the consequences of any partial delivery, or any inconveniences caused.

Saturday Deliveries


Saturday deliveries are available for an additional charge, however please be aware that Saturday deliveries cannot be guaranteed and Performance Alloys is not liable for the consequences of any missed delivery or any inconveniences caused.

International Deliveries


Performance Alloys ships worldwide to countries all over the globe. Our staff have more than 40 years’ experience in the logistics business, so if you have any questions or want to find out further information before you order please feel free to contact us via phone, email or live chat.

Please be aware that due to stricter control measures introduced by customs authorities in Russia, it may not be possible for us to ship items to Russia.

How Much Does International Delivery Cost?


To calculate the cost of delivery, simply add products to the basket on our website and then proceed to checkout. Enter your details and the delivery prices will be displayed.

Please be aware that final prices may differ to those displayed on our website due to additional import taxes, duties or charges applied when the items arrive in your country. Performance Alloys is not liable for any additional charges, duties or taxes charged.

You can also opt to organise your own shipping or courier options and arrange to have your goods collected. Please contact our sales team to arrange this.

Air Freight And Air Cargo


We can also arrange to have your order delivered to your local airport or air field via air freight shipping. Be aware that we only recommend this method to customers experienced in importing items to their country or to trade customers.

Please note that the customers is liable for any import, taxes, duties or handling charges imposed by customs agents, authorities or airline handling agents on goods delivered outside of the United Kingdom. If you are unsure of any taxes, duties or charges, please contact your local customs agency prior to ordering.

Performance Alloys is not liable for any additional costs. If the customer decides not to collect the items or refuses to pay the additional charges, they will be charged an additional cost for storage and/or return of the goods. If you’re in any doubt, please contact your local customs agency or our sales team.

Important – What To Do When Your Order Is Delivered


All orders are inspected prior to dispatch, but please be aware that when the goods are delivered it’s the customer’s responsibility to inspect them for damage caused during transit before signing for them.

By signing for them, the customer is acknowledging that they have been “received in good condition” from the courier or delivery company, which means that no claims for damages in transit can be made.

If you do not have the time to check good or your delivery driver can’t wait, please sign for the goods as “unchecked”, meaning you can submit a claim against the delivery company where possible. Performance Alloys is not liable for any damages caused during transit.
