How much is shipping?

UK & Northern Ireland: Shipping is FREE on all orders of 4 wheels, 4 tyres or 4 wheels & tyres fitted within Mainland UK and Northern Ireland. Exceptions apply to Highlands & Islands, remote areas etc. you can view these at checkout.

Rest of the World: To find out the cost of delivery you first need to add the products which you are interested in, to the shopping basket. At the checkout stage you will be asked for which country you want the goods shipped to. When you select your country, the delivery price will be displayed. To find your country please select the currency most relevant:

  • Europe including Norway and Sweden select Euros €,
  • Australia or New Zealand – Select AU$,
  • Rest of the World – Select US$

We will contact you by phone or email to confirm that everything is ok with your order and inform you of the delivery date, before it is dispatched.

How long does Delivery Take?

Depending on stock location, delivery can take up to 5 working days. Normal delivery is 2 - 4 working days UK & Ireland, 3 - 7 working days Rest of World. Wheel & tyre packages can take longer. We pull stock from many different warehouses and factories in the UK, Ireland, Europe, USA and Japan as such delivery times can vary as do stock levels for wheels and tyres. As always, we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible !

Delivery Information

Delivery is free of charge for wheels, tyres or wheel & tyre packages of 4 or more items of the same type delivered in mainland UK and Northern Ireland, exceptions apply to Highlands & Islands, remote areas etc. If you wish to confirm please feel free to contact us.

Payment Authorisation can take up to 24hrs from the time you place your order, all payments must be authorised by the card issuing bank before your order will be processed. This must happen before your order is dispatched for delivery.

Estimated Delivery Date

Any time or date for delivery named by PerformanceAlloys.com is an estimate only, and the seller shall not be liable for the consequences of any delay.

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, however sometimes delivery companies can let us down, no one or company is 100% perfect but we aim to try our best ! We pull stock from many different warehouses and factories in the UK, Ireland, Europe, USA and Japan as such delivery times can vary as do stock levels.

We do not recommend taking a day off work or planning for someone to be waiting for the delivery until you have received confirmation via email or over the phone from us or a delivery company with information on the estimated delivery time. Again PerformanceAlloys.com shall not be liable for the consequences of any delay may have caused you.

Notice of Partial Delivery

The seller shall be entitled at any time to make partial deliveries. In some instances beyond our control items my get separated during transit, for example you may receive 3 wheels today and the 4th tomorrow. This is not common but at busy times of the year or due to lack of space on the delivery van etc. it can happen. This is beyond our control and PerformanceAlloys.com shall not be liable for the consequences of any partial delivery may have caused you.

UK (Mainland and Northern Ireland) Delivery

All orders of wheels, tyres, wheel spacers, lowering springs etc are delivered using a courier service such as Parcel Force, DPD, Initial Citylink, TNT, UPS, FedEx etc. this usually comes with its own unique tracking information which is available upon request, if it has not already been provided.

Most delivery companies are able to arrange an email or text message where available to be sent to you to confirm the dispatch and provide tracking information. Small goods such as spigot rings, centre caps, nuts and bolts may be sent via the Royal Mail, e.g.: 1st Class Recorded, International Signed For etc.

Delivery Times for UK & Ireland Customers

We aim to process your order quickly and efficiently to ensure that it is delivered as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you can usually expect delivery to be the next working day. Please note this is ALWAYS subject to Stock, Payment Authorisation and Fraud Prevention measures.

Delivery times can vary any time between 8AM and 6PM. However most deliveries are delivered by lunch time, where available tracking information is sent via email or text message, this can give you accurate information up to the nearest 60mins when your delivery will be made.

If you require an order to be with you on an exact date or time this is possible however due to the extra cost most customers do not opt for this service. If you are interested in this service its can be discussed at the time of ordering. Please contact the Sales Team to arrange this.

Saturday Deliveries

A Saturday delivery is possible and if you require this you should contact the Sales Team as there is an additional charge for this.

What to Do When My Order is Delivered !

All orders are fully inspected before they are dispatched to ensure that they are in perfect condition. When the delivery company delivers your order it is up to you, the customer to check the goods have not been damaged during transit before signing for them. By signing for them you are saying they have been “received in good condition" from the courier company.

Once you sign for these goods as "received in good condition" no claims for damages in transit can be made. If you do not have time to check the goods or your delivery driver won’t wait, please sign for the good as “unchecked” this way if they have been damaged during transit we can claim against the delivery company where possible.

TNT, FedEx, UPS or DHL:

This is the recommended method of shipping via TNT, FedEx, UPS or DHL to collect the goods from ourselves and then drop them off right to your door. This service is becoming more and more popular as it provides a quick, efficient and hassle free experience.

Once your order has been completed and payment has been authorised our sales team will email you your Tracking Number where you will be able to track your goods online every step of the way.

Air Freight / Air Cargo:

Your order is delivered to your Local International Airport: We only recommend this method to customers who are experienced in importing items into their country. If you choose this method your order will be shipped to your nearest international airport. When the shipment arrives an agent for the airline will contact you to process the good through customs / quarantine.

Important: You are liable for any import taxes, duties & handling charges which your government, customs agents and or airline handling agents imposes on goods purchased from us which are delivered / exported outside the United Kingdom. If you are unsure of these taxes, duties or handling charges please contact your local customs agency in your respective country before ordering goods. When you place an order with us you accept these potential charges. PerformanceAlloys.com® takes no responsibility whatsoever for these charges.

You may be possible at this stage to ask the agent for the price delivered to your home or work address (this would be a contract between you and the agent). The Air Freight option can be the most economical option.

Please Note: You are liable for any and all additional costs this method incurs. If you simply decide not to collect the items or refuse to pay the charges applied by your government or airport agents you will be charged additional costs for storage and or shipping of the goods back to us. If you are in any doubts please feel free to contact our sales team. By selecting the Airport to Airport – Air Cargo option you are agreeing to these terms and any purchase of goods consists of a custom made order which is non-returnable unless permission is give in writing by Performance Alloys.com.

How Much Does International Delivery Cost?
