What Information We Need for New Wheel Studs:
In order to ensure we quote you on the correct type of wheel stud for you requirement we need to know the following information:
DP: This is the spline section of the wheel stud which will locate and hold the wheel stud in place in you hub. Current common spline diameter thicknesses are 12mm, 13mm, 14mm & 14.2mm. We can supply other types if requested. It is 100% vital that you measure this diameter correctly with the like of a vernier calliper or Micrometer to ensure you have an accurate measurement.
DF: This is the thread size / type. Common thread sizes are M12x1.5, M12x1.25, M14x1.5 etc, these are metric thread sizes. Imperial thread sizes are also available: common Imperial thread sizes include: ½ UNF, 7/16, If you are unsure which type of thread type you have you will require a Thread Pitch Gauge which can be purchased for around £6 pounds.
L: This is the overall length of the wheel stud you require. It is important to ensure you give us an accurate length of the new wheel stud you require.
