Toshe Trading Ltd has invested heavily in the Corghi Artiglio Master tyre changer Machines, which our professionally trained tyre fitters use to fit all our tyres and alloy wheels. By using the latest tyre and alloy wheel fitting and balancing machines we are able to provide our customer with a first class alloy wheel and tyre fitting service which is far greater than our competitors. As you will see the alloy wheel and tyre fitting machines we use do not use a leaver or bar, as such this ensures that our alloy wheels are not scratched or damaged when we are fitting tyres.. |
 | The Artiglio Master marks the end of the tyre lever to fit a tyre, of physical effort, precautions and worry for light rims, dangerous stresses on the tyre itself and the problems associated with the continual development of new types of rim. The Artiglio Master enables our tyre fitters to mount, demount and break the bead of any type of tyre from 10" to 26". The Artiglio Master's operation is based in a completely new principle: electronic wheel diameter selection with automatic tool positioning, wheel lifter for loading and unloading the wheel in the optimal position, bead breaker with controlled penetration and automatic actuation, automatic tool head for leverless wheel mounting/demounting; all this without the need for the operator to leave his station, since all controls are mounted in a single ergonomic console for completely safe operation.  |

 | Our professionally trained fitters use Corghi's top-of-the-range model, the EM8070 balancing machine which meets the needs of the most demanding specialists. It is quipped with a high resolution SVGA monitor, it uses three-dimensional graphics for clearer and simpler balancing procedures. The standard outer sensor, the variable balancing speed and the automatic weight application position search ensure speed and precision; like the vast software package complete with Alu-P, OPT Flash, accessory data bank, three separate working environments, along with Shift Plane, Hidden Weight and Split Weight programs. |

HOW WE ENSURE THE CORRECT TYRE PRESSURE
Our professional team of tyre fitters will ensure that when your alloy wheel and tyre package leave our warehouse that the correct air pressure in your tyres. If you are unsure about the correct tyre pressure for your tyres or want further information please contact us. We would normally recommend between 32psi - 37psi depending on your conditions. If you are in any doubt please refer to your car handbook or contact the tyre manufacturer. |
