PAYMENT PROCESSING TIMES

Due to the high levels of online fraud all our orders are checked thoroughly, this process includes payment authorisation, which can take up to 24hrs. As a result of this we would encourage customers when placing an order to do so early during the working day to enable next day delivery.

International Payment Transactions

All transactions are processed in GBP Sterling, if you purchase in another currency (Euro, US Dollar etc) it will be converted into GBP Sterling. Due to the nature of currency rate fluctuations and fees which credit card companies charge, the finial billed amount may differ by as much as 4%.
