The technology H&R employs
to develop cutting-edge suspension systems for
competition use is the very same used to develop
innovative suspension components for street-driven cars.
For the fifth year straight, H&R has been named the
supplier for the DTM teams of Audi, Mercedes and Opel.
In addition, H&R maintains extensive involvement in
several touring car, GT and Monoposto racing series, not
to mention rally competition, where each circuit may
have its own demanding characteristics. As a direct
result of the harsh environments of competition, H&R is
able to test new materials and innovate production
technologies that can help racing teams adapt to
changing road conditions accurately and efficiently.
Clearly, H&R holds an
advantage when it comes to developing competition
suspension components, and it is this same flexibility
and attention to detail that allows H&R to design and
manufacture components like springs, shock absorbers and
height adjustable coil overs for high-performance street
use. H&R employs about 100 highly-motivated and uniquely
qualified individuals who design, develop, produce and
sell suspension components for H&R customers around the
world. Simply put, H&R is more than just a suspension
manufacturer — it is a company whose core philosophies
are innovation, quality and performance.

H&R Sport Springs
/ Lowering Springs
|
As the first
spring manufacturer worldwide, H&R has delivered TÜV
approved spring sets for 25 years. With more than
700 different sport spring sets the product range of
H&R is today one of the world's most comprehensive
options to individualize cars. Combinable with OE –
as well as nearly any other type of sport shock
absorbers, H&R spring sets offer an inexpensive but
high quality possibility to experience
sportivity by yourself.

Ultra high performance cars like the Porsche Carrera
GT, 996 GT II and GT III are equipped with H&R
springs, while Mercedes Benz chose them for its
supercar, the CLK DTM AMG which is directly derived
from the DTM CLK. The use of high tension steel and
the complete certification according to the
requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001 allow an enormous
flexibility at highest quality.
What H&R Sport Springs
Do
Sport Springs will
lower your vehicle an average of 25 - 60 millimetres
(depending upon the make and model of your vehicle)
for a lower centre of gravity, improved handling and
a more aggressive appearance. Sport springs feature
more control, but are still comfortable for daily
use. Sport springs are an excellent choice for road
and occasional track use. Sport Springs will lower
your car by a fixed amount depending on which sport
springs are purchased. If you require adjustable
height control we would recommend H&R Height
Adjustable Coil-Overs or Clubsport Coil-Overs (More
information is available below). Sport Springs /
Lowering Springs are designed to be used with you
existing shock absorber. For further
information please call our Suspension Experts to go
over your Sport Springs options.

H&R Height
Adjustable Coil-Overs
Engineered for road

fully-threaded shock body (not an imitation
sleeve-over) that allows you to precisely dial in
height adjustment to achieve optimum weight
transfer, or simply get the aggressive look you've
been looking for. Featuring H&R's exclusive dynamic
damper technology, each shock is engineered to work
in harmony with a progressive-rate spring,
together
creating a finely-tuned suspension system.
Decades of
suspension experience are realized here: Development
and production of high tension springs and shock
absorbers is done at H&R.
All parts are produced after OE standards. High
quality monotube-shock absorber technique is
combined with individually tuned springs and
delivers a convincing lowering, a good driving
experience without loosing the necessary comfort.

H&R Height Adjustable Clubsport Coil-Overs
Club Sport Coil
Overs, are designed for the committed motorsport
enthusiast who is willing to relinquish some ride
comfort in return for ultimate handling performance.
The firmest coil-over in the H&R street line, the
Clubsport is the choice for weekend track and club
sport events.
The most sporty
version of the H&R height adjustable coil overs are
the H&R Clubsport coil-overs in Nürburgring set up.
A set up tested and usable on the race track is the
first choice for a ambitious sporty driver.
Equally at home on
the road or track, H&R coil-overs provide enhanced
performance, improved corner-holding ability and a
sleek, aggressive stance-without the bone-jarring
ride of some less-advanced suspension systems. All
H&R coil-overs are hand-assembled in Germany to
rigid ISO 9001 and German TÜV standards.

Cup-Kits & Sport Cup-Kits
For those that want
more than just lowering springs Cup Kits are an
ideal solution for aggressive looks
and impressive handling at an affordable price.
H&R's Cup Kits are specially engineered from the
ground up with custom-designed springs and shocks
that are developed together to work in perfect
harmony.

Unlike competitors
spring and shock kits, H&R Cup Kits are not merely a
"matched" spring and shock package, but rather a
specially engineered "solution" with springs and
shocks being engineered
individually
in every application. This takes the guess work out
of your spring and shock selection, and provides you
with an application specific, precisely calibrated
spring and shock set designed to deliver improved
handling, uncompromised ride comfort and sleek
styling in one precision engineered package.
The Cup-Kit Sport
Shocks feature 30 - 60 mm rebound and shortened
damper tube partially to guarantee sufficient spring
pretension and bump travel.
Cup Kit
applications will lower the vehicle's ride height by
more than 50mm. As such, a camber adjusting device
such as H&R's 'Triple C' Camber Adjustment Bolts are
recommended

H&R Stabilizers/
Anti-Roll Bars
Designed to
increase lateral stability and greatly improve
overall handling, H&R stabilizer bars are known from
motorsport. H&R’s stabilizer bars are now available
for your car. They are produced by using a
proprietary alloy that is both stronger and more
resilient than the original
or
competitive stabilizers. Precision forged ends
feature adjustment holes (most applications), while
H&R’s exclusive composite bushings eliminate squeaks
and never require lubrication. That means no mess,
no maintenance—just bolt on H&R stabilizer bars and
go!
H&R stabilizer bars
replace the existing stabilizers and are compatible with
both the original suspension and performance suspension
kits - regardless of the manufacturer. Moreover, H&R
stabilizer bars are the ideal choice for the enthusiast
who wants precision handling, but may not want to lower
the vehicle.
Like all H&R
components, H&R Sway Bars are 100% made in Germany, and
are powder coated for long lasting good looks and
durability on the street and track.

H&R Triple C
Eccentric Systems
Precise camber settings
are an integral part of any performance suspension.
H&R’s Triple C Eccentric System uses a pair of
specially-designed
eccentric bolts that replace the original upper
fastening bolts on all McPherson strut applications with
bracket fixation.
A simple turn of the
bolts allows adjustments of +/-3 degrees for precise
camber settings. In Germany, the supplied TÜV
certificate makes the
individual homologation of
the
H&R Eccentric
System a snap.
Whenever you lower a
vehicle's ride height, negative camber is increased, how
much depends on the vehicle and the reduction in ride
height. H&R's new Triple C camber adjusters are a
simple, yet very effective means of removing excessive
camber, adjusting your vehicle's camber settings, or
even correcting small side-to-side camber variations for
precise alignment.
Consisting of a pair of
specially-designed bolts, H&R's patented Triple C camber
adjusters replace the original upper fastening bolts on
all McPherson strut applications. As the bolt is turned,
a small cam eccentric alters the vehicle's camber,
allowing adjustments from 0-3 degrees, positive or
negative. Installation takes only minutes with
readily-available hand tools, and benefits include
increased tire life, improved tracking and the ability
to dial in more camber for weekend track events.
Quite simply, H&R's Triple
C camber adjusters are a great value. No other single
suspension modification can yield such impressive
results with such a small investment in time and
money-and you can do it yourself.
