It is important to get the correct tyre size for your car or 4x4, as different tyre sizes or tyre design may effect how your car or 4x4 will drive. If you are unsure of what car tyres or 4x4 tyres you need for your alloy wheels, please give our alloy wheel and tyre experts a call, we are here to help you choose the correct tyre for your car or SUV. We have vast experience on different tyre brand and tyre sizes and will be able to go over your tyre options to ensure that you get the correct tyre which you are looking for, whether it be a low profile tyre or a tyre for the use on track days or if you are looking a 4x4 tyre for going off-road we can help.

Additional Tyre Size Information:

We will be introducing a tyre size calculator which calculates the actual size of a tyre given its size specification. Any number of tyre sizes may be specified using our tyre size calculator. For each tyre specification, the percentage difference from the first tyre size specification is shown. This is useful for determining the difference in speedometer and odometer reading or gearing. This feature will be introduced on our website shortly.

Tyre Sizes and Alloy Wheels:

Option One Tyres For Alloy Wheels:

If you want to keep your existing car tyres you will have to find out what size of tyres you currently have, this information will be displayed on the side of the tyre, for example 205/50VR15. The part of this tyre size you need to look at is what number is displayed after the "R" in the tyre size, as this will tell you what diameter of tyre you have. In this case it is "R15". Now you can search for alloy wheels which are 15" and these will be able to use your existing car tyres. This method will enable you to use your existing tyres as such you will not have to buy new tyres.

Option Two Tyres For Alloy Wheels:

If you want bigger alloy wheels on your car than you currently have you will need to get both new alloy wheels and tyres. If this is the case then you have the option to search for different alloy wheel sizes, in the search results you will be able to see what different sizes of alloy wheels you can put on your car. If you are unsure about the size of alloy wheels or what is the biggest size of alloy wheels or what size of alloy wheels would be recommended for your car, simply give us a call and we will be able to go over all your options giving you the information to help decide which alloy wheels and tyres are right for you.
