At Performance Alloys we offer a custom alloy wheel design service, whereby we can design you a wheel to meet your exact requirements. Below is a few designs which have been made in the past for our customers.

Features include: various offsets, paint finishes, built type (one piece, three pieces) available and well as fitments to match your exact requirements.

Past customers have even requested the paint finish to match there car.

Points To Note:

Due to the amount of work involved in calculating the cost for each Custom Design, we will only complete a full costing for a fee of £30.00 Sterling. This amount will be deducted from the finial price if you decide to go ahead with the order. As these alloy wheels are custom made for your car and to your specifications, they are non returnable. By ordering these custom alloy wheels you are bound by these conditions. If you need more information please give us a call.

Prices

As these wheels will be custom made they are normally twice the price of normal wheels. E.g. 17x7 £1200.00 Plus (PER SET OF FOUR, ALLOY WHEELS ONLY) depending of final specification.

A 50% Deposit is required before any Custom Alloy Wheel Order is started.

 Delivery / Manufacturing Times

The time taken to produce your custom alloy wheel design can vary depending on manufacturing schedules and design specification; 4 weeks would be an approximate time scale.

Some custom wheel design can be completed in as little as 2 weeks.

Below Is a few Custom Alloy Wheel Designs which we have had made in the past in many fitments and offsets:

Three piece alloy wheels are made of a light alloy and in three different parts. Each part is manufactured in a different alloy, enabling a wide range of different strengths. The different parts that make up a three piece wheel are:

- The centre piece
- The semi-interior piece
- The exterior rim
 

Any of the three pieces can be replaced without the need to change the whole wheel. Also thanks to its module system, different results can be obtained.
The centre piece can be assembled interior, central or exterior according to the semi-interior piece therefore, with the possibility to increase or reduce the width and also for different offsets.
